Frequently asked questions
Due to the nature of our products and keeping hygiene and safety at the forefront, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once your order has been placed.
Shipments that are returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
If there is damage to your product(s), please reach out to us at hello@bindaasbeautyco.com with photographs within 3 days of package delivery. If the damage is a result of manufacturing and/or shipping, we will replace your product(s) at no cost. Please be aware that it's normal for blush pans and palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans - this is not considered damage.
We are pleased to offer both vegan and non-vegan products! Many of our products are vegan. Some of our products, however, are not vegan. For example, some of our lipsticks contain beeswax for extra hydration. Our product descriptions indicate whether each particular product is vegan. Please read those descriptions carefully prior to purchasing your products.
